If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Lyra Wide Leg Jeans by Citizens of Humanity are crafted from a cotton blend that combines 81% Cotton, 11% Lyocell, 6% Polyester, and 2% Elastane for a soft stretch denim feel. These full-length pants feature a high rise of 11 1/2" and a classic fit with a wide leg style, offering a leg opening of 24" and an inseam of 32". Made in Turkey, the jeans come in a chic Ambry color with a solid pattern and dark wash, finished with a zip fly closure. For care, machine wash cold inside out with like colors and tumble dry on low for best results. Ideal for spring vacations with a nod to western trends, these versatile pants make a statement with effortless style.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
