Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Kimberly Flare Jeans by Citizens of Humanity bring a refined, equestrian-inspired touch with their high-rise flare design and horsebit detailing at the waistband. Made from a soft midweight corduroy with 98% Cotton and 2% Elastane, these jeans offer all-day comfort and structure. They boast an 11" rise and 32" inseam, with a flared leg opening of 24" for a leg-lengthening silhouette. Closure: Zip fly. Care: Machine wash cold inside out with like colors, tumble dry low. Made in Turkey with imported materials, the Espresso hue adds warmth to any ensemble. Model is 5'10" and wearing a size 27.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
