Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Made from 100% regenerative cotton, these jeans in the Chaya wash are a medium-light indigo with subtle fading, perfect for versatile, everyday wear. Originating from Turkey, they come with a button fly closure. For care, machine wash cold inside out with like colors and tumble dry low to maintain their pristine look. Model is 5'10" and wears a size 27, with denim measurements at a 29" inseam, 11 1/2" rise, and 15 1/4" leg opening.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
