If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed with an 11" high rise and a 29.5" inseam, these jeans feature a straight leg style with signature horsebit detailing at the waistband, embodying a nod to equestrian elegance. Crafted from a cotton blend material with 99% regenerative cotton, these jeans offer a relaxed fit and medium wash that provides a lived-in feel. Made in Turkey, the jeans feature a zip fly closure and are easy to care for—simply machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. Model is 5'10" and wearing a size 27.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
