Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Blaine High Rise Straight Jeans by Citizens of Humanity, delivering a fusion of vintage charm and modern sustainability. These jeans feature a flattering high-rise waist, an ankle-length straight leg, and a softly worn Chaya wash with subtle fading for authentic character. Crafted from 100% regenerative cotton, they are both comfortable and durable, complete with a button fly closure. Made in Turkey, these jeans should be machine washed cold inside out with like colors and tumble dried low. Model is 5'10" and wearing a size 27, with a rise of 11 1/2", inseam of 29", and a leg opening of 15 1/4".
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
