Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed with a mid-rise, these jeans feature a slim fit that tapers from the knee down, offering both a flattering and versatile look. Comprised of 81% Cotton, 10% Rayon, 7% Lyocell, and 2% Spandex, they ensure comfort and stretch for all-day wear. Made in the USA with imported materials, these jeans come with a zip fly closure, an inseam of 32 inches, and a leg opening of 14 inches. Care for them by machine washing cold inside out and tumble drying on low.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
