If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Made from premium waterproof full-grain leather, they include an Ortholite® removable insert and Dri-Lex® lining for all-day comfort, while the oil- and slip-resisting Vibram® Thunderstruck TC4 Plus outsole offers superior traction. With Goodyear® Leather Welt construction and metallic shank, these boots are perfect for workwear and travel, providing a great fit in a wide width.
