If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This sleeveless dress features a fitted midi silhouette with an asymmetrical fluted tier that beautifully enhances movement, and a mockneck neckline for added sophistication. Crafted from 100% Polyester, its guipure lace provides dimensional texture with a smooth hand feel, complemented by a partial contrast lining and a center-back zip closure for structure. Care for this dress by hand washing in water not exceeding 30°C, line dry, and ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C or dry cleaning if preferred.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
