If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The boots feature mesh lining, an EVA midsole, and a removable AG8 polyurethane dual-density foam footbed for added comfort, while the oil and slip-resisting rubber lug outsole ensures excellent grip. With features like a triple-rib steel shank and TPU heel stabilizer, these boots are electrically hazard-rated for maximum safety.
