Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Double-layer knees with openings. Multi-compartment bib pocket. Two large lower-front pockets. Two reinforced back pockets. High back with fire-resistant elastic suspenders and FR center-release buckles. Ankle-to-above-knee brass leg zips with Nomex FR zipper tape and protective flaps with arc-resistant snap closures. Carhartt FR and NFPA 2112/CAT 2 labels sewn on front pocket. Meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E. UL classified. Machine wash warm. 100% Cotton.
