If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This bohemian chic piece features short sleeves and a collar, crafted from a 70% Cotton and 30% Silk blend with French seams and a tie closure. Available in two sizes, Size 1 (P/S) is 36 inches long and Size 2 (M/L) is 39 inches long. Made in California from imported fabric, it is recommended to delicately wash cold and line dry or opt for dry cleaning. Model is 5’10” and wears a Size 1 (P/S).

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
