Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The lux Monica top, an upgrade from the classic Miki top, is designed for versatility across all seasons. This top features plush elastic sleeves that can be worn pushed up or at the wrist, tailored with just enough fabric to tuck into your favorite high-waisted jeans or to wear loosely. It is enhanced with a soft chiffon lining for added comfort. The new jacquard chiffon lurex fabric elevates any outfit with its V-neck and binding, shirring around the neck, raglan sleeves, and smocking on the cuff. Designed in Nashville and produced in collaboration with a BSCI-member factory, the Monica top adheres to sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
