If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These lace-up athletic shoes feature a nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning and a soft midsole for a comfortable, smooth ride. Crafted with a breathable engineered air mesh upper that incorporates some recycled materials, they ensure a secure fit with stretch and structure. The shoe's 12 mm heel-to-toe drop caters to neutral runners, while the RoadTack rubber outsole provides reliable grip. These medium-width, round-toe sneakers also boast an elevated platform heel, perfect for spring workout sessions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
