Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The top features a scoop neckline and short sleeves. The shorts are black with snake print trim, have an elastic waist, decorative drawstring, and pockets. Top: Small Bust 38", Length 28"; Medium Bust 40", Length 28"; Large Bust 42", Length 28"; 1XL Bust 46", Length 30"; 2XL Bust 48", Length 30"; 3XL Bust 50", Length 30". Inseam on the shorts is approximately 5". Polyester/Spandex/Rayon blend. Made in the USA. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
