Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Bex Crevalle Sunglasses, the ultimate choice for outdoor enthusiasts with an active lifestyle. These tortoise/gold wrap-style sunglasses are crafted from matte thermoplastic nylon for lightweight durability and comfort, and feature black rubber silicone inserts to prevent slippage. These sunglasses offer excellent UV protection and glare reduction, and the temple tips are indented for leash attachment. Comes with an EVA molded sunglass case, a microfiber sleeve, extra screws, and two pairs of spare nose pads for convenience.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
