The BELL by Alicia Bell Jennifer Mini Dress (Style Number SP26-21/SP26-6) in Red, White & Blue features a square neckline, smocked elastic bodice, and double ruffle flutter straps with crochet trim. It has a fitted empire waist that flows into a flared, fully lined mini skirt. The dress is made from a 30% silk and 70% cotton voile blend and features a hand-blocked textile print.
