Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

A casual and cute take on everyone's favorite crossbody bag.
This bag is made of full-grain, chrome-free, formaldehyde-free, 100% vegetable-tanned leather. It has an organic cotton lining with interior slip and zip pockets. The adjustable crossbody strap converts to a belt bag. It features a zip-top closure with a magnetic flap. The measurements are 8" L x 6" H x 2" D. It is handmade and hand-finished in León, Mexico.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
