KEIKI is a smaller version of the ORCHID bag designed as a handcrafted crossbody for carrying essentials. It features woven side panels on both sides, rectangular handle cutouts, a zip top closure, 1 inner zipper pocket, and 2 inner slip pockets. The bag includes an adjustable and removable crossbody strap and an organic cotton lining. It is made from chrome-free and formaldehyde-free vegetable-tanned leather. Dimensions are 9 in. W x 8 in. H x 2.5 in. D. Handmade and hand-finished in Leon, Mexico.

Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
