Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

With a flattering square neckline, thin rouleau straps that finish at a crossed-back and peplum skirt, the Heidi Apron Mini Dress is a fun and feminine style. The mini dress is finished with boning at side seams of bodice, and a raw top edge and hem with twin needle topstitching. FIT: designed for a form-fitting silhouette. Dress accessed through invisible zipper and hook and eye closure at back, not bra friendly. Fabric offers some stretch to the fit.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
