If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
Crafted from durable full-grain leather and lightweight, strong Performance Denier Polyester. It features an easy on/off YKK side zipper and moisture-wicking lining that actively pulls moisture away from the foot. The boot is built to last with toe and heel outsole stitching and includes a form-fitting, breathable removable PU insert. It also boasts an energy-returning lightweight CMEVA midsole, a modified last for better foot positioning, and a better ground connection with an 11mm heel-to-toe drop. The athletic Strobel construction ensures flexibility, while the waterproof DRYGuard™ membrane keeps your feet dry. The ground-gripping TacTRACTION rubber outsole offers full movement flexibility with flex channels and exceeds industry standards for slip resistance and oil resistance. Each boot weighs only 20 oz. per half pair.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
