If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This sneaker features a perforated toe, flat cotton laces, and a label sewn on the tongue, complemented by a padded ankle collar. The sneaker is lined in leather and cotton terry, equipped with a 2 cm leather insole, and sits on a durable rubber sole with a height of 2.5-3.5 cm. Composition: 70% cow leather, 20% cow suede leather, 10% nylon upper, with a 100% rubber outsole.
