Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This long-sleeve coat, made from a cotton blend comprising 67% Cotton and 33% Polyester with a fully lined 100% Rayon interior and a 97% Cotton, 3% Elastane contrast, seamlessly blends functionality and fashion. Featuring a corduroy contrast collar and inner sleeve cuffs with an option to roll up, along with adjustable straps at sleeve cuffs, it provides adaptable comfort. With a concealed button closure and an exposed top button, this piece is thoughtfully designed down to its dry clean care instructions. The model is wearing a size S and stands at 5'10", with garment measurements boasting a length of 39 5/8" and a bust of 44".

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
