Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the ARIAT Rebar Cloud 9 Insulated Vest, a versatile piece ideal for outdoor work and leisure. This black, sleeveless vest is crafted from 100% polyester with water-repellent stretch fleece panels and an 8 oz. ultrasonic welded water-repellent shell. It features Cool Climate Insulation for lightweight warmth and abrasion-resistant panels at shoulders and elbows. Closure type is zip, with convenient zippered hand and chest pockets. Made with DuraStretch fabric for durability and ease of movement, it's machine washable for easy care.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
