Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Women's Techloom Phantom Sneaker features a 3D Stretch TechLoom upper with an intricate grid pattern that adapts to the movement of your feet. A neoprene tongue with an integrated collar ensures an exceptional fit and all-day comfort within a sleek, low-cut silhouette. The midsole/outsole compound is designed for direct ground contact, allowing for reduced rubber on the outsole and significantly lowering the overall weight of the shoes. Propelium™ technology maximizes energy generation and offers superior comfort while maintaining midsole structural integrity longer than traditional EVA. The outsole, inspired by the shape of a feather, includes natural motion flex grooves that respond to every movement. This sneaker is 100% vegan, made without any animal products, and features an 8mm drop from heel to forefoot, positioning the foot naturally for efficient running.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
