If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This sleeveless, floral dress made from 100% organic cotton, features an elastic crew neckline and gathers along the neckline and waist for a soft, boho chic silhouette. Crafted in India, it has a garment length of 51.5 inches from the shoulder and is pull-on for ease of wear. Care instructions suggest dry clean or hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Model is 5'10" and wears a size small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
