If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The dress boasts long sleeves and is crafted from a luxe 98% Viscose and 2% Elastane blend, sourced from Italy and made in China. With a shirt collar, the dress features center front button closures and an asymmetrical sarong skirt with a wrap tie closure that includes a front slit. Measuring 53 inches in length from the shoulder, it requires dry cleaning only. Model is 5'10" and is wearing a size 4.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
