Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Styled for versatility, this dress features long sleeves, elasticated cuffs, and an optional self-tie belt to enhance the A-line silhouette. Crafted from 100% Liberty Fabric Tana Lawn® cotton, it's lightweight and finished with a floral print that captures a 60s vibe. Originating from China, it includes a hook-and-eye closure at the neckline and convenient on-seam side pockets. Care is simple: machine wash, line dry, and medium iron (do not bleach). The model is 5'9" and wears a size S.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
