If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This strapless, off-the-shoulder dress boasts a side draped fabric accent and a boned bodice for a flattering bodycon silhouette. Crafted from 83% viscose and 17% metallized fibers, it features a fully lined interior of 100% polyester and a hidden back zip closure. With a length of approximately 25" (64 cm) from neckline to hem, it's made in China and requires dry cleaning to maintain its pristine condition.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
