Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Step into elegance with the Women's Lautan Ballet Flats by ALOHAS, crafted for the modern minimalist. Featuring a distinctive square toe and a subtle seam along the front, these red flats boast a ruched strap for both support and sophistication. Composition includes an upper of 100% cow leather, with lining and insole made from 100% goat leather, and an outsole of 100% cuerolite. Complete with a flat heel of 1cm height, they are designed in Barcelona and made in Portugal. Care instructions recommend spot cleaning.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
