Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Roxanne Dress features a striking animal print adorned with flecks of glitter, adding a touch of sparkle to its bold design. The voluminous body beautifully contrasts with the cinched-in waist and fitted skirt, creating a flattering silhouette. An elasticized waistband ensures a comfortable fit, while the Lurex knit fabric, composed of 62% viscose, 34% poly, and 4% metallic fiber, provides a luxurious feel. The trim is made of 72% viscose and 28% poly. This unlined dress is easy to care for with a hand wash in cold water. The model, standing at 5'10.5", is wearing a size S, and the shoulder seam to hem length measures approximately 46.9 inches.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
