Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These mid-rise jeans feature a classic fit with a wide leg style and a relaxed cropped cut, crafted from AG Cloud Soft Denim™ that includes a 93% cotton blend for comfort and stretch. Designed with practical pockets and a button closure, these jeans offer a front rise of 10 1/4", knee opening of 20 1/4", bottom opening of 21", and an inseam of 27". Made in the USA, they are perfect for travel and spring outings, and can be easily maintained with a machine wash cold.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
