If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The AGOLDE Riley High Rise Straight Crop Jeans in Panoramic offer a vintage aesthetic with a modern edge. Crafted from a comfortable stretch denim blend of 96% regenerative cotton, 3% elastomultister, and 1% elastane, these jeans feature a flattering high-rise with an 11.5" rise and a 26" inseam. The design includes a straight leg style and a button fly closure, finished in clean, washed black with a textured finish. Made in Turkey, they are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low, providing easy care for everyday wear. The model showcasing this style stands at 5'10" and wears a size 27.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
