Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Ardfin Softshell vest combines comfort and freedom of movement with its stretchable 3-layer softshell fabric. To improve breathability, side panels and details are made with a mesh back. The water-repellent and breathable material keeps you dry and comfortable in different weather conditions. Practical full zipper at the front and two front pockets with zippers. The vest is white in combination with black and purple details. Abacus logo placed on the back and right side of the chest. The vest is a perfect choice when you want protection, and a little extra warmth over the chest and back.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
