The kind of easy and flattering dress you'll be reaching for all season long. The Women’s Magic Carpet Ruffneck Dress in Navy Multi by Gretchen Scott measures 35 inches in length. It is made from jersey fabric containing 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The dress features a stand-up ruffle neckline, 3/4-length sleeves with contrast turn-back cuffs, and a 2-inch fabric panel on the neckline, cuffs, and sides. It has a 4-inch hand hem and coordinating fabric on the inside back panel. The dress is machine washable in cold water.
