Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Napa Dress features a high-neck band collar with sleeveless (bra friendly) double ruffle details, a tiered (lined) skirt, hidden button placket opening, a side seam invisible zipper and pockets. This colorway has a lace trim inset detail in the ruffle. If you have the Napa Dress in your closet already, our Pre-Fall version has a better fit in the chest and less volume in the skirt. Cotton Nylon - Nylon is a resilient and durable fabric with slight texture. Machine washed separately in cold water on the delicate setting. Do not chlorine bleach. Hang to dry. Cool iron or lightly steam to reduce wrinkles as needed. Length (taken from size small) - 49.5". Maxi length dress with a fitted bodice, relaxed waist, and full skirt. Fernanda is 5'8" and wears a size small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
