Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Perfect fit: These boots are designed to fit ergonomically, with high quality laces and cut to fit design. Extra softness: The characteristics of the materials make these shoes extremely comfortable and soft. Premium Comfort casual boots, Lambskin upper, cushioned fit. Whole size only, please choose one number above if you usually wear half number (e.g. if your size is 7.5 then go up to 8). Width: Medium. Upper: Premium soft lambskin leather. Lining: Bovine leather, breathable and ultra soft. Insole: Ergonomic design, cushioned breathable leather with Fresh comfort technology. Outsole: Flexible Polyurethane reinforced with fine steel wires to maintain the shape but keeping it flexible. Made in: Mexico.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
