Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Here are a few suggestions to keep your activewear performing and looking it’s best for years to come. Hand wash or machine wash items alone or with like colors and fabrics. Turn items that are embellished inside out to wash. When machine-washing it is best to use a gentle cycle and always wash in cool water with a mild soap. Remove immediately when wash is complete – hang or lay flat to dry. We don’t recommend using fabric softener or harsh chemicals, as it will damage the moisture wicking properties. NEVER dry clean, iron, or use bleach on your activewear.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
