If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

3/4 sleeve. Made from lightweight cotton voile.Hand block printed with gold paint detailing. Lined through the skirt. Zipper closure at back. Mid-length puff sleeves. Smocked wrist detailing with ruffle trim. Model is 5'8" and is shown wearing a size Small. Model wears a Small. Wash on a cold delicate cycle with gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang dry. Turn inside out before washing if there are appliqués or gold-painted detailing on the garment. All styles can be dry cleaned and steamed.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
