Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Our Rosie Top features a flattering v-neckline and comfortable, flowy 3/4 length puff sleeves. Take her from desk to dinner all season long. Slub Weave - A medium weight woven fabric with raised knots and knobbles to create a textured slub-like look.Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle only. Do not wash with hot or warm water. Remove promptly. Lay flat or hang to dry. Medium iron or steam to remove wrinkles as needed. Length (taken from size small) - 25". Loose fitting, drapey top. Fernanda is 5'8" and wears a size small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
