Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
100% natural, breathable leather upper + neoprene “sock” insert + premium cushioned insole with side-zipper entry and exit. The neoprene sock insert paired with the all natural leather upper means that this shoe will adapt to your foot over time, even changing with you from morning until night as your feet swell slightly the longer you are on them. These run normal, but given the neoprene and leather and lacing options, it can accommodate almost any width. If you need a half-size, consider buying the next size up since the sock will hold you in place, especially if you tighten the laces.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
