Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Featuring 2-way zip and made with the softest organic cotton. They feature an embroidered heart on the back and "sunshine" or "dumpling" on the front. 100% organic cotton. Features 2-way ykk zipper for easy changes. All hems and bindings are double stitched for durability. Flat stitched side seams to ensure no irritating inner seams. Non-toxic, screen printed labels. Fold-over foot cuffs to convert to footies. Extra length in wrist and ankle cuffs so they can be rolled up or down for the perfect fit (and extended wear). Raglan design makes guiding little arms through arm-holes easier. Dyed with GOTS approved water based dyes.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
