If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The ultra-lightweight cushioned EVA midsole and Rocky Rebound Footbed work together to provide comfort. Twin gore panels with a larger opening make it easy to slip on and off. Weighing 1.00 lbs for an 8M size, this boot has a heel height of 1.5 inches.
