Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
The Low Volume provides durable semi-rigid support, high rebound shock absorbing foam with enhanced comfort in the heel and is more accommodating for lower volume shoes or those that prefer a thinner orthotic. The Low Volume is a thin 5mm from heel to toe and has a wider forefoot and a narrower midfoot and heel when compared to the other Cadence models. The Low Volume helps alleviate and prevent common injuries such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, achilles tendonitis and other conditions of the foot, knee, and hip. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
