The Elbow Sleeve Frill Dress by Ann Mashburn is crafted from Liberty Fabric Tana Lawn®, a fine cotton, and boasts a lively Orchid Fields of Eden floral pattern. Designed as a shift silhouette, it features elbow-length sleeves, a mockneck with a mandarin collar, and a popover placket accented with 3.5mm Trocas shell buttons and frilled trim. Made in Honduras, this mini dress also includes practical on-seam pockets and a hem that can be lengthened by up to 2.5 inches. Closure: Button closure. Care: Hand wash, hang dry, medium iron. Ideal for spring occasions like church or Mother’s Day.
