Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This Reeve Midi Dress is cut in a shimmering metallic chiffon fabrication. paisley print. V neckline and wide waistband with shirring. Fixed waist. Flowing skirt with a ruffle hem. Sheer long sleeves end in a smocked cuff. Fully lined with a side zipper closure. Fabrication: Body: 95% Polyester, 5% Lurex | Lining: 100% Rayon. Hand wash, lay flat to dry or dry clean. Model is 5'9" and wearing a size Small.
