Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Farrah Boot Crop Jean by AG Jeans, a stylish addition to your denim collection. These jeans feature a mid-rise and bootcut leg style with raw hems in a cropped length, showcasing a medium-indigo wash with faded and whiskered detailing for a lived-in look. Crafted from 10 oz. superstretch Empower Denim from Japan, the composition is 98% cotton and 2% polyurethane. With a front rise of 10", knee opening of 14", bottom opening of 18 1/2", and an inseam of 27", these jeans offer a skinny fit through the legs before subtly flaring. The closure type is a button closure.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
