Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Stelle Transparent is a lightweight sporty sneaker based on a blend of natural and recycled textile that provides a high level of comfort. Unique for WODEN sneakers is the incorporation of at least 50% recycled polyester from PET bottles in the material. Soft PU-foam is used for the insole of the sneakers, which is not only lightweight but also shock-absorbing. In addition to the characteristic WODEN cork sole, Stelle Transparent features a WODEN airflow footbed to ensure breathability and provides an ultra-soft walking experience throughout the day.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
