Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Sprinter Running Short is made using our new Shimmer Nylon fabric that has a slight sheen, and is fully lined. Turn your garments inside out, wash like with like. This means we like to wash our activewear together to avoid abrasion from materials like denim. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, do not use softener or bleach, Lay flat or hang to dry for best results. Shimmer Nylon 100% Nylon Shell Fabric Content: 100% Nylon, Inner Fabric: 76% Nylon, 24% Spandex. Moisture Wicking. Allows the body to regulate temperature and keeps you cool all day long. Flat Seams. Features detailed stitching for maximum comfort and a smoother appearance. Quick Dry. Evaporates sweat faster than other fabrics with the freedom to move. 4-Way Stretch. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
