These sandals feature the Aetrex Orthotic System for arch support, which stabilizes feet and alleviates common foot pain and plantar fasciitis. They have genuine leather uppers, a midsole made of memory foam and ultra-light cork, and a footbed lined with antimicrobial-treated microfiber. The durable rubber outsole provides longevity, and the sandals have a 3” heel height with adjustable hook-and-loop closures.

Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
