This midi shirt dress in "Feeling Blue" features three-quarter blouson sleeves gathered at the cuffs, adorned with bead and sequin-embellished florals. Crafted from 100% cotton, it offers a breathable fit with a button closure and comes with a removable self-tie belt for adjustable styling. The dress measures approximately 42" from the shoulder to the hem, and is made in the US with care instructions for hand washing.
